Purchased a coffee machine for £1585.45 in March - one month later and still waiting for cash back! Claim raised but Whittard states that it has tracked - however it has not. Once the cash back claim is rejected there is no where to go from there. Very disappointed in Whittards of Chelsea and also Quidco with whom I have been a member of since 2006!

Bought from Whittards back in September and have yet to receive cashback - so quite slow in comparison to some retailers. Service marked as average as first order got cancelled due to no stock, yet within a couple of days I was able to order the same item again when it was back in stock. Not sure why they couldn't have just left the item back ordered. Products were good quality, and with cashback, good value.
