Not only were the products on 25% discount online, I also got free next day delivery and cashback within a week of ordering and receiving the product. Absolutely excellent (this was my latest order made and the 1st to give cash back...haven't received cashback from any of the other retailers yet).

I ordered my stuff online and it arrived next day as promised. I had to put a claim in for the cashback and it took 6 months and another reminder to arrive. Better late than never I suppose.

Cash back was an added bonus as I am an existing Wickes customer. Paid out promptly. I have used Wickes for building supplies for many years as they work out cheaper than trade builders merchants on many items (especially plasterboard) my van was off the road and I needed a fast delivery of 10 x sheets of plasterboard, I ordered online and they were delivered next day. It worked out to be a very small amount of cashback, but better in my pocket than theirs

It all shown well in the advertisement but it doesn't work. My cashback has been declined without mentioninng any reason. Quidco shows cashback but Wickesa declines it..something wrong with the complete concept.

I bought tiles from them - 172 pounds and cashback was tracked and declined. I don't understand why. So i applied for cash back again in September and still waiting.

Having read some of the less positive reviews I was aware of others problems with getting cash back. All I can say is what a fantastic experience we had. We got a great deal on the things we bought (great quality and a great price), the customer service was excellent and they were extremely helpful to get a delivery time to fit in and the cash back came through amazingly quickly. We will certainly use wickes again without hestiations.

Quidco needs to sort it out with Wickes, none of it is working. Spent over £300 in 2 orders and both were declined. When raising a ticket, both of them denied even though I have sent them my order details! Ridiculous.

Disappointed that my large order with Wickes didn't cashback as I check it at the time and it was recorded on Quidco. I queried it but Wickes said it wasnt tracked with Quidco. It would have been my biggest cashback and it is so far the only one not to go though.

I have used all sorts of Wickes products over the past 12 months includding flooring, glass blocks, toilet, paint, kitchen worktops and much more - online they are quick helpful and efficient, and in store always helpful when I need to ask questions, swap or return items. This did not track so i claimed. There is only space for a 6 figure orber number, but mine had 7 numbers. They then declined cashback because of this. Poor.

I was buying underlay for my new home, put in my new home address as delivery address, proceed to checkout, then I find my delivery address is also my billing address (which is different obviously), then I click change billing address, then click buy...... only to realized my delivery address have been changed to my billing address as well! Thank god it is underlay, which is light to carry myself, but the system is silly to say the least.

The offer says 10% off all tiles, but this does not apply to all tiles. Rang wickes and they said it did not apply to the tiles I wanted as they were on BOGOF deal. As these tiles are nearly always on the deal I was not happy so bought similar from a local store at a better price!
