I decided to go through and have a play with William Hill Casino. I went through and used their software which is simple to use and clear to understand what you have to do (I lost though!) After I had my flutter I noticed my cashback hadn't tracked which was a massive disappointment, especially since I would have gained £50 for £35 deposit and wager. However I raised a cashback claim which was sent to William Hill within one day of raising it and then approved two days later - but instead of sitting there approved it hit confirmed! So regardless of the failure in tracking, William Hill's response in approving and paying my claim was faster than I've ever seen anything pay. I'll be £50 up for this weekend, drinks on me! (Not really I'm not that generous)
