Zalando itself had a good service and prices were competitive however for no apparent reason had to raise a manual cash back claim which was subsequently declined and this has been the only item that has been declined for no apparent reason on my quidco account.

I made purchases amounting to almost £900.00 all of which were declined.They stated after a claim was raised that they could not trace the sale back to the website! Despite the fact they were tracked by Quidco! The only reason I bought from them instead of elsewhere, was that the cash back made them competitive. Happy with the products etc, but probably would not use them again.

Zalando said my order was "Cancelled or returned". As my son is wearing the shoes I bought him this is incorrect. No cashback

I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a number of pairs of boots to choose from at home. My order came well packaged and in good condition, free returns and prompt refunds. Would use again. Cashback tracking and confirmation not bad compared to some.

Very well presented site. However delivery is an extended affair. My order wasn't despatched for nearly a week after ordering - despite showing as "in stock" So order to arrival was 8 days after purchase. I guess the orders are serviced and delivered from Europe so extended delivery is a result but the website does give an impression of a UK presence. Though the delivery was extended the packaging was excellent.

Not sure if it was a pricing error or not although ended up buying quiet a few pairs of adidas @ £13 a pair. All orders honoured so no complaints here. To be honest I thought they would have cancelled my orders. Price has since gone back to £55 which is the RRP although quick shipment of my 4 seperate orders and quidco tracked. They also have a £5 voucher for registering so do that first before buying through quidco for an additional saving

Order some really nice stuff which I loved when it finally arrived. Delivery via Yodel was awful and order was despatched from Germany as well which didn't help. When I contacted company to say that items had not arrived even though online tracking had said delivered customer service took days to get back to me and then just told me that according to their record it had been delivered and it I wanted to dispute this then I needed to fill a 'legally binding' form in and post it back to Germany at my own expense and then they would investigate. Essentially I felt like I was being called a liar. Order finally turned up, thrown over my fence by Yodel even though I was in at the time. Would not order from the company again.
