8 months, still awaiting cash back

Very disappointed with AA Travel Insurance regarding a manual claim, NOT Quidco as I appreciate they chase claims and continue to do so with my claim. 8 month on, no AA cash back, it's frustrating as I had to raise a manual claim due to the AA website timing out at point of payment. Whilst my visit Quidco recorded, had I known it wouldn't track I'd have cleared cookies and started the whole process again, it's no small amount outstanding, at £182 due. My wife, who also bought travel insurance on the same day, who's purchase tracked was paid 26th April, but then she is a premium member which may be be significant. The purchase was direct with AA Travel Insurance, no 3rd party, hopefully they'll eventually meet their cash back obligation.
