First declined cashback in 5 years
Very disappointed with Aer Lingus declining my cashback. I have been a regular user of Quidco for years now and am very careful when making purchases to make sure they go through smoothly. I have never had a declined claim before this one.
As for the service, it is quite poor when compared to other airlines. For example, to be able to check-in further out than 72 hours before your flight you must purchase a seat rather than allow one to be allocated, this includes for your return flight. So if you are going away for more than 3 days, you can only check-in your outbound flight, your return will have to be dealt with whilst you are away. The staff were friendly enough on the flight.
