No cash back paid. Did not meet expectations.
Aer Lingus declined my cashback without appeal, for a long haul flight. The day of the flight arrived and the flight was delayed by 4 hours. When booking, the web site makes you think that you must purchase meals in advance in order to eat on the flight. This is not the case and is not clearly explained. The flights were competively priced but the experience did not meet expectations. I would think twice before flying with Aer Lingus again.
