Decline cash back after more than a year
Products are good and, from memory, I don't remember delivery being a problem but don't take cash back into consideration when judging their prices.
Placed order on 5 Dec 2016. It takes them until 16 March 2018 to decline it. Quidco investigate but Amara fail to give a reason for declining. Basically Amara left it so long that they can get away with it.
