Cashback Declined?

The Amex Cashback Credit Card is good and a lot of retailers now take it. However, the cashback due via Quidco was declined stating that the cashback was paid to another referrer. I don't use any other cashback site and I am always careful when clicking through. I am disappointed but I am not the only person this has happened to.

Amex Take the Mickey out of Quidco

This Amex card is a great financial product. It pays excellent cashback for 3 months then a very good rate after that. Amex is now widely accepted by larger UK retailers. However in my case Amex claim to have paid my £5 cashback to another referer other than Quidco. This is not Quidco's fault and once it has happened there's not much Quidco can do to explain or investigate. However it is virtually impossible that another referer was involved in my Amex card application process. This is why I feel Amex are taking the Mickey, using Quidco to pick up business but not giving back to them. It's not a problem for me. It's only £5 and I wanted the card anyway. I just feel Amex should be honest and fair with Quidco.
