Literally the worst travel company

I booked a hotel with Amoma, when I submitted my payment details I got a message that said "this room has now been booked" at the same time, I received an email saying to "upgrade my booking". When I went onto my bookings, they had confirmed my reservation but then cancelled it immediately. It's a complete con, they do this so you will then re-book at a higher price. Don't fall for their games and book elsewhere!

I booked through Amoma and it didn't track so I made a claim. I waited absolutely ages for it to go through. When it did they wouldn't honor it as they said I had amended my booking which never happened, I just used the details from my original booking never contacted Amoma or did anything different at the hotel. Terrible terrible service and very disappointing as I booked through them knowing it would be worth my while getting the cashback. Use someone more reliable like Expedia.
