Took 12 months for the in-store cashback to be declined
According to Quidco, Ann Summers (in-store) has declined 2 of my cashback claims, stating 'Unfortunately your cashback has been declined. We're sorry to tell you that this retailer does not accept cashback claims, so we're unable to investigate this further for you.' - however the purchases are from June 2015 and October 2015 when they were (and still appear to be) accepting cashback claims. Ann Summers should honour that the claims are legit and pay the cashback, not just to me, but to everyone.
