Can I return an item to AO.com?


Yes – if you change your mind about any product you’ve ordered, you have from 100 days of delivery to return it. Provided it is unused, you can return your item for a full refund by filling in a cancellation form on the AO.com website; make sure you check AO.com's terms and conditions for full details.


What is the AO.com Price Match Promise?


The AO.com Price Match Promise guarantees you the best deal available. This even applies to sale items and items bought with discount codes with other retailers.

If you think you’ve found a better price elsewhere, call AO.com and tell them the product you’re interested in and the price you’ve found elsewhere, and they’ll match it for you. Even if you’ve already ordered, if you notice a lower price somewhere else you can have the difference refunded up to seven days after delivery.


Does AO.com remove old appliances?


Yes – if you order a new appliance with AO.com, it offers a disposal service starting from just £15 (this is to cover the cost of transport). This means that when AO.com delivers your item the delivery driver will also take away the old appliance for you.

Many products also include a free disconnection service when you pay for installation. Check AO.com to see which disposal and disconnection services are available for which items.


How do I go about trading in my old appliances?

Trade-in is only available on certain appliances. So when you're looking at an item online make sure you check whether AO.com lists a trade-in option. If it does, you can add the item to your basket as normal and then check 'trade-in' at the online checkout.

Then, when AO.com delivers your purchase, they’ll take away the old one and deposit your money in your bank account within 40 days of delivery. Some require you to fill out a form, so be sure to check with AO.com.

You’ll have to make sure your old appliance is already unplugged and disconnected before AO.com can take it away.

Where is AO.com based?

AO.com is an online retailer operating in the UK, The Netherlands, and Germany. As such, all of its sales are made online. However, there is an AO.com outlet based in Telford, west England, where customers can scoop up refurbished or end-of-line appliances and make big savings.
