So firstly the cashback did not track. No big deal lets raise a case. After 4 months it was submitted to the retailer for them to decline it. Reasons given are "your claim has been declined because you did not meet the terms and conditions of their offer as your purchase was not completed fully online", a blatant LIE as I did the application online. Either Aqua are lying and do not want to pay or Quidco want to keep the funds for themselves
