Spent over £200 - no cashback
My first shopping experience with Argento, and I was happy to see I had the opportunity to get some cashback through Quidco. Sadly I spent over £200 this week on both sale items and full priced items but my cashback has been declined.
Also, one of the items I bought, was part of a gift. I bought a bracelet and then a charm to go with it. I then got an email saying the charm had been cancelled as was out of stock but they sent the other items. So I received a bracelet with no charm which of course was no good to me. How can I give a bracelet to someone with an empty space where a charm should hang?
Might have been nice if they'd have emailed me asking if I wanted to exchange it for something else but no, instead I've now had to make another purchase from them, therefore spending even more money with them (which again cashback has been declined). Very clever. I won't be ordering again.
I will say one positive was that it was dispatched out and received very quickly and well packaged.
