Delivery time depends on which delivery option you choose. When you opt for standard delivery, you can expect your parcel to arrive within five days.

Does ASOS accept returns?

Yes. If you’ve changed your mind about anything you’ve bought from ASOS you can return it by post for free. All purchases arrive with pre-paid returns labels. You can return any item for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in its original condition.

How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

It can take up to seven days for your parcel to arrive back at the ASOS warehouse. Once ASOS has received it, you should receive an email confirming your refund and telling you when you can expect the money to appear in your account.

How can I cancel an order?

ASOS orders are packaged up very quickly. For standard delivery items, you can only cancel or change your order up to an hour after placing. Log into “My Account” to view and manage your recent orders. If you still have time to cancel or amend your purchase you’ll be able to do so by clicking the option that says “Cancel/View”.

ASOS Marketplace is a platform that allows small businesses and independent labels to sell their clothing to ASOS customers. Delivery and returns processing for ASOS Marketplace purchases depends on the methods used by individual sellers.

How often does ASOS restock?

Unfortunately, ASOS doesn’t yet have a way for you to find out if a product is due to be restocked. And because ASOS usually updates its product range with new items, it's often the case that when an item is sold out, it's gone forever.

If a product is showing as out of stock, try searching for similar items that are still available.

Can I track my order?

Order tracking depends on which delivery service you are using. If you are using a trackable delivery service, you’ll be sent tracking instructions in your order confirmation email.
