Do no’t buy

I bought a policy on the 27th November 2018. For the cover to start you need to have a health check on the boiler which is fine. I called the number to book the appointment and was told they didn’t have availability until end of January but they couldn’t book it and for me to call back in January. I was paying for service from November and the cover wouldn’t start until 30 days after the health check was completed so my cover wouldn’t start until the end of February at the earliest.
