How can I find out the location of my nearest B&Q?


To find out where your nearest B&Q store is, use the store locator feature on the B&Q website. You can find it under Help and Support. Enter your postcode or town to see a list of all your nearest B&Q stores. The store locator will show you their whereabouts on a map, along with their addresses and contact details. Remember, you can shop B&Q from home or even on the go through the B&Q website.

Where can I find out the opening times for B&Q?


To find out when a particular B&Q store opens and closes, use the store locator on the B&Q website to find it. When you’ve located the store, you’ll be able to click “Store details” to view detailed information, including store opening times from Monday to Sunday. Remember that stores sometimes alter their opening hours on public holidays – if you want to call ahead to confirm opening times, you'll find a telephone number on the store information page.

Does B&Q offer home delivery?


UK home delivery is available on many of B&Q’s products, although some items may have to be collected in store. You’ll be able to see your delivery options included with the product information when viewing your item. B&Q run a Named Day Delivery service on many items, which allows you to choose a delivery date between three days and five weeks from your purchase. Next Day delivery is also available on many products when you order before 19:00. If you choose to use B&Q’s Click and Collect service, you will often be able to collect your purchase as soon as an hour later and you won’t have to pay any delivery cost.

Does B&Q offer refunds?


Yes. If you change your mind about an item you’ve bought in store or online with B&Q you can return it in store for a full refund. Refunds and exchanges are available on items bought in store up to forty-five days from purchase; for items bought online, it's up to forty-five days from delivery. Items can only be returned if still in their original condition, and you will need to show a receipt or other proof of purchase. However, there are some exception to B&Q’s returns policy – for example, refunds are not available on items that have been cut to size or made to measure. Check B&Q's delivery page for full details.

Does B&Q cut wood?


Yes, many B&Q stores offer a timber cutting service. When you purchase timber, B&Q will cut it for you for no extra cost. To find out if your local B&Q offers timber cutting or other services, check its store details online using the B&Q store finder.
