I have order items ranging from £10 all the way to £500+ and banggood have paid every time so far. So quite pleased. I think people need to start using Chrome or Safari more and not edge or other browsers.
Seems strange that you are unable to leave a negative review for a poor experience, anyway let's try. - - - While the products and prices might be OK, they just don't seem to be committed to the cashback program or customer engagement as other retailers are. My experience of customer support consists of requests for further or the same information repeated several times without resolution. Good luck if you want to try but I've given up with Banggood, too often disappointed. Delivery can be variable, sometimes 3 weeks, occasionally 12 weeks and packing seems to consist of the original items in just a mailing bag, never boxed, so bear this in mind when ordering. Here are some suggestions that may improve cashback success: * Don't order anything expensive * Don't order from multiple warehouse locations * Don't select any discounted or promoted items * Don't rely on cashback, consider it a bonus.
Refused for no reason after several months. Seems everyone has similar circumstances. Should be removed from quidco as they obviously don't pay cashback!
