Initially started out great with a holiday offer of money off plus cashback. Order went smoothly but on receipt of the items the package was incomplete. After talking to customer service who tried to tell me the webpage I ordered from shouldnt have been accessible (how thats my fault?) they did eventually offer the missing items free of charge. Missing items arrived and the panel was damaged. Replacement was organized only for the cashback to be declined. I wont be a customer here again.

Don't Bother

Cashback didn't track. Raised claim, provided all information, cashback declined after 6 months.

Still Waiting for Cashback

The cashback tracked straight away in my account but I am still waiting for confirmation of payment four months later.
