Great experience

I have booked two holidays using Blue Chip. Both times the cash back tracked and was paid quickly. The holiday experience was great, a lot of choice of properties, particularly in the South West. We had to change the property we stayed at for our first break and the customer service team were really helpful in sorting it out for us.

Cash Back Rejected

Even though you go through all the correct procedures to apply for Cashback and always never had issues before with Quidco, Blue Chip have declined my Cashback. I would be careful when booking with them. I have also mailed them direct to ask why this has been declined and after nearly a week now have had no response back from them. The accommodation itself I cannot fault but at present the communication and cashback I would be careful of.
