Dreadful cashback experience... Purchased on 17th June 2016. Some considerable time later I received a communication from Quidco saying my cashback claim had been successful. However, as at 30th September 2017 I have STILL not received the cashback that is owing to me. Very disappointed. We found the company itself to be very good, so this is a real shame because this has put us off using them again and it's definitely not worth selecting them over competitors just on the basis of the cashback promises.

Don't bother

Like the other reviewer, we only used this company because of the good cashback rate. We booked on the 1st June 2016 and we are still waiting to hear back 8 months later!!! Again a substantial amount. I don't hold out much hope of this being resolved. I don't understand why Quidco uses companies that don't commit to the service they offer - very poor sevice from BSH.

Cashback declined for no reason

We are extremely disappointed with this company. We met all of the terms for the cashback which was a substantial amount, yet after 3 months had our cashback claim declined and therefore lost about £70. We only booked with this company because of the cashback amount. Shocking service and never again...
