Reduced cash back payment

The service received from British Gas was OK however the amount of cash back paid was only 50% of the advertised amount. This perhaps is an example of British Gas failing to live up to its promises.

Quidco con

Simply put, I clicked through, product was tracked, I'm a premium member, cash back declined. Went through claims procedure, quid say nothing they can do....I have the contract with BG, so something fishy.....either quidco claiming it hasn't tracked or BG doing their usual with rubbish customer service. Either way I haven't got my money and now I don't use quidco and now use topcashback instead. I told quidco I would put my clickthrough business elsewhere and if you get treated the same, do it too, as these kinds of business only listen when customers move in droves to more honest cash back sites.

poor service

The annual service moor like whether the boiler is working or not. Did not do any service on it. The cash back is already overdue by 2 months will not recommend to any one .
