Finally got the cashback - didn't seem to be happening but the predicted time for cashback started when deposit paid. When reading the conditions the cashback is actually paid over a month after the holiday . Had a good holiday and the cashback was a bonus !

Don't bank on the cashback!

The ferries are fine, it's not a luxury cruise but as a way of travelling and taking your car its what you would expect. Don't forget you need to book a cabin separately if you want a bed. Last year my cashback was refused, although it was not clear why (I even gave them my booking number). This year we booked again through quidco and I have just been told it has been refused again. I don't have any problem with other retailers cashback. Maybe I was just unlucky - twice!

Declined cash back TWICE ! Think before booking.

After waiting months for a reply from Brittany Ferries I have, for the second time, been declined the cash back due. With effectively a total loss in cash back of £160. I was very careful to book correctly through Quidco, especially the second time around. This will make me think twice before booking anything via Brittany Ferries again. Be warned .... cash back is not guaranteed and they provide no real explanation, or evidence, as to why it is declined.
