Transaction tracked 31 October 2015 which was soon after the order was placed then heard nothing, it was stuck on confirmed for ages yet the amount not available to withdraw. Put an enquiry in on 3 May 2016 for this and another high value cashback transaction, this the higher value one got "declined" without explanation.
There have been no changes to the service so there is no reason for anything other than a successful transaction.
I am very suspicious as to why the cashback was declined and am not at all happy with the way quidco's so-called "customer service" have acted. That's what happens when customer service is outsourced, the customer gets shafted every time.
