More like dial up speed than broadband when it comes to cashback

Still waiting, the expected date has passed. Looking at other reviews, I am not holding out much hope of getting paid. Very poor

Don't Expect any Cashback

Bought broadband and phone with EE using this site on 6th Jan 2016, no problem with the service and the transaction did track however never recieved cashback. Raised a claim with Quidco and after many weeks they just closed the case, raised a further claim with Quidco and they've just closed the case again saying to much time has now passed. Cashback declined with no reason. Avoid.

Avoid Broadband Choices, You Will Be Shafted

Transaction tracked 31 October 2015 which was soon after the order was placed then heard nothing, it was stuck on confirmed for ages yet the amount not available to withdraw. Put an enquiry in on 3 May 2016 for this and another high value cashback transaction, this the higher value one got "declined" without explanation. There have been no changes to the service so there is no reason for anything other than a successful transaction. I am very suspicious as to why the cashback was declined and am not at all happy with the way quidco's so-called "customer service" have acted. That's what happens when customer service is outsourced, the customer gets shafted every time.
