Slow to track but good prices and got full cashback

I thought I'd leave a positive review as most of the other reviews on here are saying they didn't get their cashback from BT. I ordered a Sim only deal through BT at the end of October and I got paid my £35 cashback through Quidco in early January. It did take a long time for the purchase to track - I was getting nervous after a day had passed but it did eventually go through. The Sim only deals are very good, especially with the cashback. I'm paying the equivalent of about £5.50 a month for 15GB of data after taking into account cashback and Amazon vouchers from BT! I got the sim very quickly and there were no issues, very happy with the price and product. Service is good too as they use EE's network.

Sooo sloooow

Product and price good but very slow to track and pay. Bought sim card in November but didn't track until I chased up in January. Still not received payment. on 20th Feb.

Good price, prompt deliivery, slow to track, slow to pay

Started off well, Got 2 iPhones, but sent me the wrong phone, and that didn't work. When they sent me the correct mobile that didn't work either, so average service so far! But they were quick to hit me with the first bill! Noticed cashback can no longer be offered as well as the iTunes or Amazon gift cards that I got initially :-) So the offer is 50% worse like for like now. Lewisan why 3* when they're so bad?
