Shockingly long wait for cashback

Nine months in I still have not had my transaction confirmed by the retailer. My car hire was for one week back in July 2016 so the transaftion is closed and I'm unlikely at this point to cancel my order :-) Waste of time.

Where is my cashback payment?

Still have not received a cash back payment for a transaction completed in October 2015 which was confirmed. Appalling

Horrible service and refused cashback

Budget likes to add insult to injury. We booked a car rental via Quidco for holidays - only to be told once there that the car wasn't available, and were "offered" an upgrade which would more than double the price! After 2 hours of waiting, they finally gave us a free, smaller upgrade, but didn't mark on their sheet that the car was damaged - thus trying to charge us for repairs when we returned the car. Thankfully I had taken pictures when we picked up the car! So just to cap it off, Budget have now rejected the cashback for no reason whatsoever. Hence the cashback is a con and they are more expensive than you'd expect!
