Selective cashback and pricehikes

I switched 3 different properties to bulb with 3 different transactions, cashback has only been paid on one and declined on two. Since transferring 6 months ago Bulb has raised their prices twice. Cash back unresolved, price rises disappointing.

Terrible company! Track back doesn’t track AVOID

I switched my gas and electric to Bulb over 6 months ago with the promise of roughly a 50% saving over my current supplier. Only now has the cashback tracked (but not yet paid) after having to raise a claim against them. It now states I have to wait up to another 60 days for Bulb to send the money to Quidco before I get it. Since transferring 6 months ago Bulb has raised their prices twice and I’m now back to paying almost the same as before. I also had a rebate from my previous supplier as I was in credit, but due to Bulb undercharging for the first few months, I’m now owing more money. They’re also one of the only energy providers currently not offering smart meters - which probably would have avoided this difference between what I’m using and what they’re charging me via DD. Very disappointing. Once this cashback clears, I’ll be making a swift move away from Bulb, never to return.
