4 months down the line and still waiting for my order to be confirmed.

I ordered my bus tour in February. It tracked very quickly, however I'm still waiting for it to be confirmed as it states that it needs to verify that the trip has been completed, with no indication of how this is done or whether I can provide information to speed it up. Not good!

Very slow payment

I have been waiting for my payment for 4 months. My family and I went on the trip back in August so I have no idea what they are waiting for or how to get the process moved along faster. Compared to most Quidco users this has been terrible service
