Refunds are slow / a joke
3+ weeks for a refund = "inconvenience"? LOL - this was Coggles response when I asked where my refund was after 3+ weeks of returning a pair of shorts.
I've never experienced this level of bad service online. 3+ weeks to action a refund, thats terrible!
I work in eCommerce, none of my clients would dream of taking this long. Is Coggles financially stable? Is there more to this that you're not letting on? Looks like you guys are in meltdown - everybody check Review sites online.
According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 "the seller must then pay back any cash within 14 days of it receiving the goods or being told you want to cancel a service or digital contract" - you're in breach of this.
Refund immediately otherwise I will exercise my consumer rights and also contact PayPal with a dispute.
