The only company ever to decline my cashback stating I was not referred via nonsense ! I have been a Quidco user for many many years and always buy things properly via this is a poor excuse for them to wriggle out of paying the cashback. As a company their behaviour does not fill me with confidence and I hope I never actually have to use their services if this is the way they do business !!! Insurance is bought hoping you never need to use it but one would hope if you do you would be dealing with a company with integrity. I have raised a complaint and hopefully the Quidco team can investigate promptly. I notice a few others have been faced with the same situation.

Declined cashback and claim on policy

Purchased an annual worldwide policy from Columbus but after months the very attractive cashback was declined. To make it worse when I had to claim on the policy for a cancelled flight, the claim was also declined on a technicality in the terms and conditions of the policy. Unfortunately I had another claim on the policy, again for a cancelled flight, again it was declined by Columbus as they said it was the airline that should pay. Fair to say I won't be renewing with Columbus.

Do not Pay Up!

Don't be fooled by the large cashback being offered. I bought the annual cover for my family and the cashback did not track. After opening a case with Quidco and waiting a few months for investigation, the retailer decided not to honour the deal as they thought I went through another site! Absolutley ludicrous customer service from Columbus and I certainly won't be using them again.
