Declined cashback and claim on policy
Purchased an annual worldwide policy from Columbus but after months the very attractive cashback was declined. To make it worse when I had to claim on the policy for a cancelled flight, the claim was also declined on a technicality in the terms and conditions of the policy.
Unfortunately I had another claim on the policy, again for a cancelled flight, again it was declined by Columbus as they said it was the airline that should pay.
Fair to say I won't be renewing with Columbus.
