Cox & Cox

Declined cash back for genuine purchase, no code used etc and nothing in the T&C to suggest an issue. No reason provided. This was an expensive purchase with 10% cashback advertised at the time. Delivery of the item was quick but wasn't packaged well. Disappointing and now wary of cashback/ordering in the future.

Forever to receive cash back

Cash back took nearly 5 months to clear and was tracked at a far lower rate than expected of just 1%. Disappointed in the time that it took to confirm as this was well above the time quoted on their page.

Short Delivery - NO cashback and lied that I'd used a discount voucher

Ordered from them for products in the sale after Christmas. Order delivered well packaged and prompt but one product short. I emailed them 3 times, ended up going through Facebook and they contacted me to refund the missing item. Cashback now declined and the only reason I can think of is that the order was part refunded due to a missing item. Contacted customer care and they say it's because I used a discount voucher not on the Quidco website. I have the order email, no discount was used. Yet another dishonest company I won't be buying from again.
