Cashback didn't track three times

I have placed three orders with Dell. One small business and two from the Outlet and none tracked. I put a claim in for the first one which has now been declined. I have been on Quidco for years, I had all cookies deleted, I did everything that was asked and provided all the necessary information so it should not have been declined. The delivery with Dell is very slow considering it cost £35. Don't be in a rush if ordering from the Outlet as I placed an order on the 05/01/17 and after a week I had to ring them as I had got an order acknowledgment but no confirmation. Turns out the PC went out of stock but it is up to the customer to contact Dell, they don't tell you that you will be waiting forever. I ordered a replacement on the 13/01/17 and it is going to arrive on the 25/01/17. Very slow considering it was a refurbished machine that should have been ready to leave immediately. On a positive side the original PC had a fault and Dell came out next day and replaced the motherboard and have had no problems since. The service received on the fault made me happy to order again.

Shopping experience fine but cashback declined

It was good to see Quidco have such a great cashback offer on Dell Small Business, Unfortunately my claim was declined,. This was based on a purchase of over £2,000. No reason was provided - I appreciate Quidco cannot overturn the decision of the vendor, but my loss of cashback means I will be more careful in future when considering if there is any benefit of using Quidco on these large purchases. The shopping experience was fine. Next time my business requires technolgy though I'll look for deals outside of Quidco as I have no confidence I'd receive any cashback,

Cashbach declined, laptop keyboard broke within a week and it still has no sound

Is it just me, but as soon as I make a computer related purchase which qualifies for cash-back at over £100 I become a little sceptical the company will honour it? It happens on both HP & Dell - both as bad as each other. As an icon user I am fully aware of the cash back purchasing process; uber careful and diligent clearing cookies etc before making a high value purchase, and on this particular purchase I even contacted Quidco to clarify the T&C's. All futile, as it was still declined. Quidco, please can you either refuse to list these companies, or at least have a more robust appeals process. I fully appreciate you cannot guarantee cash back, but I think you also need to appreciate that consumers will be making purchase decisions based on the value of cash back - regardless of how much you reiterate not to! I would like to appeal in the hope that the decision will be reversed or at least receive a more specific response as to why it was declined, as opposed to your usual stock answer.
