Cashbach declined, laptop keyboard broke within a week and it still has no sound
Is it just me, but as soon as I make a computer related purchase which qualifies for cash-back at over £100 I become a little sceptical the company will honour it? It happens on both HP & Dell - both as bad as each other. As an icon user I am fully aware of the cash back purchasing process; uber careful and diligent clearing cookies etc before making a high value purchase, and on this particular purchase I even contacted Quidco to clarify the T&C's. All futile, as it was still declined. Quidco, please can you either refuse to list these companies, or at least have a more robust appeals process. I fully appreciate you cannot guarantee cash back, but I think you also need to appreciate that consumers will be making purchase decisions based on the value of cash back - regardless of how much you reiterate not to! I would like to appeal in the hope that the decision will be reversed or at least receive a more specific response as to why it was declined, as opposed to your usual stock answer.
