Declined again!!

I have tried twice now to claim cash back for my ferry booking for DFDS and it has been declined both times for no apparent reason. Each time I have followed the guidance from Quidco but unfortunately I was not successful.

I have used quidco for a long time and this is the first time I have had cash back not tracked and then the claim also declined on a genuine purchase. Apparently there is no record, even though we have a ferry crossing booked and paid for. Disappointed that I can’t submit supporting documents to quidco to support my claim.

I have booked with DFDS 3 times in the last 2 years not once have I received any cash back, either it does not track or for some reason they say it is declined, the only reason I use them is because they do the crossing from New Haven to Dieppe. Karl
