Declined cashback

Had cashback declined almost 2 years after booking this holiday and 10 months following completion of the holiday. Booked 2 rooms at considerable cost direct due to cashback and not happy.

Cashback declined

Stayed here last week and had my cashback declined today. I will update positively if they pay my claim, but suggest avoiding based on my experience so far.
