Excellent blind

Arrived super fast. Customer service excellent. Cash back is slow 4 months so far but i have been told it will go through.

Great product but cashback declined

Great site, great price, great service, great product. Sadly my cashback was declined. Raised a claim and apparently I had used a voucher during the purchase and so under the rules of "Cashback will not be pain in conjunction with other offers or vouchers" it was declined. I know this rule so I'm doubtful that I would have used a voucher but perhaps I chanced my arm, I just can't remember. There is a discount shown on the invoice but I don't remember adding it. As a few others have had cashback declined it would be worth checking your order before you push the button. Given the amounts involved (I was buying 10 blinds) the cashback is pretty substantial.

No cashback

Ordered 3 blinds. All 3 blinds arrived separately. 1 was damaged but replaced quickly. Cash back was declined with no explanation. Its seems this isn't the first time reading other reviews. I can only assume I didn't receive it because I also used a 10% voucher code but it should be explained. Had I known this I may have used another company.
