Rotten experience BE WARNED

Rotten experience. Cashback tracked at £25 not £38.50 Quidco said wait because it would update to the correct amount on payment. 6 months after purchase £25 cashback was paid and I am still owed £13.50 I then raise another claim and Quidco says it may take another 6 months to resolve. They WILL NOT get away with this, Direct Line owes me a further £13.50 and I will continue to demand this cashback from Quidco. BE WARNED.
