Waiting 4 months for cashback
Price and value of cashback were good for a professional indemnity policy I took out with them in July. However, despite trying several different times their site would not let me put a policy through immediately and kept sending it for review (technically invalidating their cashback terms), which was then accepted by them straight away anyway.
As I only came through to Direct Line via Quidco in the first place, got the quote and paid for the policy on the same day and I was only unable to complete the purchase immediately due to them rather than myself, I don't see why any cashback due should be invalidated.
I raised a cashback claim at the start of October and now it is November and the status still says 'claim processing' three months later.
