Waiting 4 months for cashback

Price and value of cashback were good for a professional indemnity policy I took out with them in July. However, despite trying several different times their site would not let me put a policy through immediately and kept sending it for review (technically invalidating their cashback terms), which was then accepted by them straight away anyway. As I only came through to Direct Line via Quidco in the first place, got the quote and paid for the policy on the same day and I was only unable to complete the purchase immediately due to them rather than myself, I don't see why any cashback due should be invalidated. I raised a cashback claim at the start of October and now it is November and the status still says 'claim processing' three months later.

Cashback Declined

Disappointing to find that cashback has been declined on a genuine purchase of a new policy.
