Your Guide to London Fashion Week 2018
We've got you covered on key dates, the schedule and most importantly, what to wear.
Everything you need to know about London Fashion Week.
London Fashion Week (LFW) is a bi-annual event in the UK that attracts buyers, press and influencers from across the globe to watch some of the hottest new catwalk looks, from some of the world’s leading designers.
Along with Milan, New York and Paris, it’s one of the most important fashion events of the year and we’ve got the lowdown on the whole event, plus some tips on what to wear if you’re attending.
When is London Fashion Week?
London Fashion Week 2018 kicks off on 16th February and runs until 20th February, showcasing all of the upcoming Autumn/Winter collections of 2018 from many well-known designers and brands, as well as upcoming ones that you should watch out for.
Where is London Fashion Week held?
Most of the catwalk events take place at a venue called the Store Studios in London. Other notable venues for LFW are the British Fashion Council Show Space located inside the Store Studios and the Ambika P3 Showspace, which is inside the University of Westminster.
How can I buy tickets to London Fashion Week?
London Fashion Week is an invitation only event so unless you’re a high-profile fashion blogger or an industry insider, then we’re sorry to say that you probably won’t be attending. If you are a fashion blogger you can apply online, although it’s not guaranteed that you will secure a place.
If you want to get involved in fashion week you can watch live streams of the shows online so you can get your fashion fix right from the comfort of your own home. If that’s still not enough, you can buy tickets to the London Fashion Week Festival, which takes place the week after LFW.
