I don't know who is cheating the customer

I signed up a car owner, but I got only 12.5 quid tracked. I raised a claim for missing 50 quid. Easy car updated me saying it instructed Quidco that I signed up as car owner should be given 62.5 quid as advertised. But Quidco has given me only 12.5 cashback till now. Now the status showing 50 quid claim is with Easycar. When I contacted Quidco customer care they said they are yet to receive an update from Easycar. Easycar has advised me that they approved 62.5 quid cashback as I am a registered owner.
