need to be wary or Ebuyer

I'm a business user and have a trade account with ebuyer. I regularly use quidco for claiming cashback but the amount I receive is nowhere near the 5-8% advertised. more like 1%. Not sure how they can get away with it. I always go elsewhere if cashback is an alternative

Beware if you are a business

Ebuyers business policy states that they will charge you 20% of the sale price when returning an item - even if UNSEALED and RESALEABLE - they allow you to raise an RMA and then remind you of the 20% policy once you have returned the item at your own expense. - Don't use EBuyer as a business - even if you are going to buy a personal present for xmas, they do not honour their returns policy on their website - and the way in which they handle returns for business is crooked - charged me £27.99 for returning an unwanted Christmas present. They need to take a serious look at how they treat their customers.
