Cashback confirmed, very pleased

Tracked pretty quickly, took 5 months to confirm which is only a little longer than quidco estimated. Overall very pleased with price, cashback on top was a bonus. Haven't needed to contact Endsleigh so can't comment on service.

Declined legitimate cashback

Chose Endsleigh on basis of £65 cashback, purchased home insurance in March, didn't track for some reason so immediately filed claim. Chased repeatedly for 5 months then finally heard Endsleigh had rejected the claim despite acknowledging a legitimate policy. Will not be using them again as a result and am disappointed Quidco failed to resolve the issue.

Declined After Six Months Wait as Apparently Terms and Conditions Werent Met?!?!

I am incredibly irritated that my cashback from Endsleigh has been declined. This was declined a full six months after my purchase with them via Quidco was actually made. Between taking out my policy with them in February and now I have fully adhered to every single one of the specified terms and conditions stipulated by them on Quidco for the offer. So I am completely baffled as to why they are saying my cashback has been declined, particularly for this reason! I remain a current home insurance policy holder, however I will certainly not be renewing my cover with them when the time comes. Ridiculous, avoid like the plague.
