8 months and counting...

I went through Energy Helpline to switch fuel suppliers back in September 2016. I was contacted via email immediately to request confirmation I was a genuine customer before my switch application was processed. Eventually the transaction tracked as a single fuel switch, even though I switched both gas and electricity (dual fuel), so I had to put in a cashback claim for the correct amount. I've been with my new energy supplier for 8 months now and I'm still waiting for cashback to be paid...

Purchased duel fuel but was only paid for one fuel swap

Swapped my gas and electricity May 2016 expecting to get the £30 cash back for duel fuel swap, tracked at only £15. Contacted Quidco and eventually got the other £15 tracked in December 2016, still waiting on receiving the £15 5th April 2017 have chased again today. The process of swapping was fine.

Only paid for one fuel, 5 months later....

Switched in early March for gas and elec, was eventually paid for one but still no word on the second. Added to the insult is that the provider I switched to has now said I need to increase my direct debit by 10%, despite the fact that fuel prices haven't gone up? It almost wipes out the benefit I got in the first place so I'm less than impressed with the whole process including the cashback, the amount isn't worth it for the time I've spent chasing it up.
