Let down by the cashback tracking
Disappointed. Opted for Europcar due to their perceived reputational advantage over similar service providers and expressly due to the cashback offer available. Followed the procedures for the cashback to track to the letter, but then had to send a claim through when it didn't track. Initial claim failed and was challenged a second time via quidco, only for that to fail too. No real explanation is ever given, only a list of predominantly unrelated guff that is intended to placate people.
