Waste of time
Placed an order for next day delivery - everything marked as in stock so I expected the transaction to be pretty seamless.
No delivery by day 3 so rang up the 'helpline'. It took 6 calls before they answered the phone. Told an item was out of stock and not expected until the end of the first week in December so they weren't dispatching until then but could, if I wanted, ship the in stock items for next morning delivery. I accepted this.
Surprise, surprise, I waited in and nothing was delivered. Out of stock item is still showing as in stock on the website so anyone else ordering will likely have the same experience.
I've cancelled the order and I'll take my business elsewhere, thanks.
1. Don't raise expectations by showing out of stock as in stock.
2. If there's a problem with an order let the customer know.
3. Answer the phone.
4. Keep your promises.
