Happy Customer
I have travelled with Explore many times and have always found their holidays to be well organised, good value and enjoyable. This is the first time I have used Quidco and am a very happy customer to have gained cash back on my holiday. I phoned Explore before I made the booking to check I was happy with the flights being offered (they were most helpful) and then booked online. As a fairly late booking I needed to pay the full amount of the holiday immediately and my cash back tracked within a day or two. Don't leave it too late though to book though as if there is extremely limited availability of a holiday or the departure date is imminent you will need to book with Explore on the telephone and not be able to use Quidco.

I have made 2 successful claims out of 2. The first claim took 3 months to come through. The next one took 6 months - after I prompted quidco paid the amount and then said they would reclaim it. I think explore want to wait until after the final balance is paid hence the delay if you book a long time in advance.

tried booking a holiday for october in june via their website but could only get so far and they force you to ring up! im genuinely disappointed that i couldnt get any quidco cashback on this as it wouldve made a difference between proceeding with the booking or cancelling! thanks.
