Great Holiday but Extremely Poor Cashback Performance

Lovely house in Tenby, but over three months after paying I'm still waiting for my cashback, and it's quite a lot. Had to raise a claim, which took months to be approved, now I'm still waiting for the money. The only reason I booked with FBM over a similar company was that the cashback made FBM cheaper. If FBM don't pay, I will definitely use the other company next time as it will cost less and I won't have months of faffing about with cashback claims.

Must I always have to chase cashback?

As with last booking, cashback didn't track automatically and I have had to put in a claim. Last time took months to get paid.
