Avoid. Decline cashback, use lies as an excuse.
First the positives - ordering was easy and delivery was on time.
Now for the negative, and this is a major negative, they use cashback as an incentive to generate business, then decline the cashback. If you look at the other reviews on Quidco, they are doing this to alot of people, and its a pity Quidco do not suspend cashback from them.
I had cashback on an order over £100 declined, the reason they gave was 'This could include staff discount, family or friends loyalty codes, or membership discount being applied to your order.'
I have no loyalty card, I have no membership card, I have no friends or family loyalty codes, and I know no staff members, so their excuse was a lie, and there is zero recourse against companies like this, we have to trust Quidco to help their members, but alas they fell short. I will never use Fetch again and upon my recommendation there are four others in my family they have lost business from.
