Cashback declined on two genuine subscriptions
I did everything by the book but had cashback declined on a gin subscription and on a craft beer subscription. Feel conned, particularly as the gin subscription was not as good as described - I did not receive the products specified, and there's nothing you can do to review what you did get as you weren't meant to receive them in the first place. If you like liqueurs the subscription may be worth it, because you only receive two gins and not three as specified. You also get a bottle of a fruity liqueur with no opt out for these. To me that is miss selling. I cancelled my subscription after 4 months because of this. Lovely idea, but the reality does not live up to the expectation.
