Less happy than I used to be

Having been a Freemans customer for..... oh....... 25 years (since I was 18) I am still happy with the clothing range etc but....... unhappy that they now charge high interest instead of giving us cashback rewards (the old "agent" account"). They aren't the only catalogue to do this recently either
